Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. in Tennessee seeks an Account Manager who will own client satisfaction, contract delivery, and team performance across assigned accounts.

You will lead site leadership and officer teams, ensure post orders are executed, and drive KPI results in safety, service quality, and attrition. You will manage scheduling, overtime, and pipeline health with Recruiting; conduct site inspections and audits; develop corrective actions and maintain SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive leadership in contract security or related operations.
• Proven client-facing experience with service recovery and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of security operations, incident management, and post order development.
• Familiarity with licensing requirements and training standards.
• Strong scheduling and reporting capabilities using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead site leadership and officer teams to meet KPI goals.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and overtime control with Recruiting.
• Translate the SOW into daily execution and maintain post orders.
• Manage client relations with weekly or biweekly check-ins and QBRs.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and training; conduct site inspections.
