Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager who partners with the General Manager and HR to ensure seamless communication, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery across client sites in the Guarding division.

You will oversee staffing processes, implement procedures, manage schedules, coach staff, maintain client relationships, and drive operational excellence while meeting contractual requirements and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Experience building community relationships and utilizing diverse recruiting methods.
• Proven ability to recruit, interview, onboard, and manage staffing needs to meet client requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; capable of clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security site operations and ensure all customer contract requirements within the Guarding division are met.
• Maintain operational performance within established fiscal parameters.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with governmental regulations.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard employees to meet client staffing needs.
• Establish and maintain employee schedules, ensuring all positions are fully covered.
• Manage staffing adjustments, including call-offs and time-off requests.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Provide clear direction through communication and documentation.
• Meet regularly with clients to align on goals and expectations.
• Build client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare reports, conduct investigations, respond to inquiries, and maintain documentation.
