Job summary

Towne Park in Westlake Village, CA is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a Tier 1 or 2 account, drive financial and client satisfaction metrics, and lead the assigned team. You will manage scheduling, payroll, and compliance while building strong client relationships.

The role requires strong account management, HR leadership, and proficiency in MS Office with a focus on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence at the site.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
• Must be able to drive manual transmission
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Oversee one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account and drive financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Forecast, payroll and timekeeping; ensure accurate reporting and adherence to policies.
• Develop cohesive relationships with clients’ staff and maintain regular communication to exceed expectations.
