Qualifications

• Understands and drives business metrics and performance to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
• Demonstrates ability to improve account profitability and utilize client contracts to maximize opportunities.
• Forecasts, payroll and accounting reports should be accurate and on time.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding and development of associates to build a strong team.
• Provides coaching, feedback and performance documentation for direct reports.
• Maintains regular client communication and fosters loyalty to grow Towne Park business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one Towne Park account to meet financial, guest/patient satisfaction and client satisfaction goals.
• Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting and timekeeping for associates under supervision.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager on forecasts, staffing, and seasonal variances.
• Ensure adherence to Towne Park systems, policies and procedures across the account.
• Develop strong relationships with client staff and maintain regular meeting rhythms.
• Lead performance appraisals, coaching, and preventative discipline as needed.
