Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two years of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission and have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversees account performance including financial, guest/patient and client satisfaction targets.
• Manages scheduling, overtime, timekeeping, and payroll reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Leads recruitment and onboarding processes to hire and develop associates across locations.
• Maintains client relationships and communicates performance metrics to drive improvement.
