Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.

Job Purpose
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Execution of strategy for Light Vehicle aftermarket products that results in growth with assigned customers.
  • Closely monitors achievement of KPI’s, such as AOP attainment and personal and team goals and reacts to correct any shortfalls in meeting goals.
  • Evaluates assigned territory and identifies needs and opportunities for increased distribution.
  • Using category management tools, identifies customer opportunities, and collaborates with customers to adopt and execute on them for mutual growth.
  • Maintain current knowledge of competitor activities and changes in market and develops plans to exploit opportunities and defend risks.
  • Represent voice-of-the-customer internally and identify opportunities to improve the Dana customer experience and initiates activity with team members to execute on plans.
  • Executes on marketing or new product launches as needed.
  • Performs quarterly business reviews with key customers.
  • Works closely with cross-functional Dana aftermarket teams including customer operations, pricing, product management and content teams to ensure maximum customer service levels.
  • Represents Dana aftermarket with LV program groups as needed.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience preferred in aftermarket sales, Marketing and Product Management a Plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time with the ability to work non-traditional business hours as needed.

  • Ability to maintain high commitment to customer service while executing multiple project priorities.

  • Proficient technical skills Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
