Senior Account Manager Enterprise Accounts

Position Overview
Location: Virtual
Travel: Up to 35% as required
As a key member of the NCR Atleos Business team, Senior Enterprise Account Managers are responsible for prospecting, closing, and expanding large enterprise financial institution clients. The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships across various functions, including C-Level, Business, Procurement, IT, and others, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise management plans
  • Lead prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Educate and network with key contacts
  • Report on onboarding pipelines and customer spend adoption
  • Manage customer accounts to meet targets
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including C-Level executives
  • Contribute to contract negotiations for large deals
  • Build long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Drive spend adoption within accounts
  • Communicate customer needs to internal teams
  • Innovate to improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and customer service teams

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales or account management experience
  • Knowledge of banking technology and enterprise processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and influencing skills
  • Decisiveness and ability to act quickly
  • Self-starter with a passion for customer experience
  • Ability to travel up to 35%

Preferred Skills

  • Degree in a technical, software engineering, or business field
  • Active listening and communication skills
  • Effective at closing deals
  • Ownership and proactive attitude
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and MS Office
