Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Workplace Technologies & Services, to drive sales of Canon hardware and software solutions to a dedicated marketplace. The role includes a base salary with incentive compensation and a transportation allowance, and requires proximity to Milwaukee, WI.

You will master product capabilities, develop opportunities, conduct in-person discovery, and collaborate with a team to achieve revenue goals and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of business-to-business sales or customer-facing experience.
• Demonstrated passion for learning new technology and services in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Proven track record of persuading others to pursue innovative ideas.
• Strong communication skills to build solid working relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the local market (valid driver’s license and driving record required).

Responsibilities

• Master product and solution knowledge to promote benefits and drive sales results.
• Learn and utilize Salesforce CRM to manage client and prospect accounts.
• Actively contact assigned accounts via calls and email campaigns to develop sales opportunities.
• Conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations for stakeholders to identify needs.
• Develop strategic plans to address short- and long-term customer requirements and drive new revenue.
• Leverage SMEs to enrich knowledge and support sales wins and customer success.
• Develop high-level relationships for long-term account penetration.
