Job summary

The role requires at least 10 years of sales experience, 5 years in direct selling to customers, a valid driver’s license, and a proven track record in a customer-facing capacity, with travel as needed and ongoing client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Waste or service industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies viable leads, manages prospects and acquires new, profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
• Prepares and delivers sales presentations to prospective new clients; follows up with key customer decision makers to close sales.
• Completes required Customer Service Agreements, reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.
• Maintains knowledge of services, pricing structures, and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue.
