Flight Centre Travel Group USA, Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth in the North American SME market. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract, building relationships with decision-makers and delivering travel and technology solutions.

This quota-carrying role requires ~3+ years of B2B sales, excellent communication, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience presenting to C-Suite and using sales tech.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new B2B SME clients aligned to Corporate Traveler's ideal profile.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Apply consultative selling to uncover needs and position value-driven travel and technology solutions.
• Manage and forecast pipeline activity using CRM and sales automation tools.
• Achieve individual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
• Deliver tailored virtual and in-person presentations and product demonstrations.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless client onboarding and customer experience.
• Leverage sales technology to drive efficiency and engagement.
