Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to drive strategic ownership of complex client accounts in the PBM/health plan space.

You will lead executive-level relationships with employers, health plans, and consultants, guiding QBRs and cross‑functional collaboration to align with client and Navitus objectives. The role emphasizes strategic insight, mentorship of other Account Executives, and growing value-added programs while adapting to evolving clinical and financial trends

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5–7 years leading highly complex PBM/healthcare client accounts.
• 5 years in executive-level relationships and QBR delivery.
• 5 years resolving complex account issues and mentoring peers.

Responsabilidades

• Own a highly complex book of business across employers, health plans, and consultants.
• Direct client account strategy with planning, execution, and refinement.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and deliver insights.
• Upsell value-added programs into client strategies.
• Translate reporting and clinical insights into actionable recommendations.
• Mentor Account Executives and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Support compliance objectives.
