Job summary

Citeline, now part of Norstella, seeks a Senior Account Executive for Pharma Ignite to lead and grow client relationships across content marketing, digital advertising, data analytics tools, and events. You will identify new accounts in Life Sciences, expand campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke programs.

You will apply consultative selling and industry expertise to drive revenue while managing campaigns end-to-end and delivering impact through performance

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience and proven track record.
• Consultative sales approach is crucial in this role.
• Experience selling content marketing is a plus.
• Understanding of integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences and clinical trial landscape.
• Experience developing revenue streams through digital solutions and events.
• Understanding selling to a subscription audience.

Responsibilities

• Identify new accounts in Life Sciences (CROs, CDMOs, consultancies, technology) to sell Marketing Services products.
• Grow existing relationships within Citeline Marketing Services Portfolio.
• Apply consultative approach to client needs and marketing objectives.
• Create bespoke marketing campaigns including content, research and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with sales teams to grow revenue streams.
• Manage campaigns with delivery teams and document results for debriefs/renewals.
• Assist production to ensure campaigns launch and perform to client standards.
• Deliver performance reports and benchmark against similar campaigns.
• Maintain industry knowledge and awareness of market factors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
