Job summary

Citeline is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Pharma Ignite, its marketing insights arm within Norstella, to lead client relationships and drive new business across content marketing, digital advertising, data analytics tools, and industry events from a remote US base.

You will identify life sciences accounts, expand existing relationships, and craft bespoke campaigns, collaborating with delivery and sales teams to ensure campaign success and renewals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with proven track record.
• Consultative sales approach in selling complex services.
• Experience selling content marketing is a plus.
• Understanding of integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
• Familiar with Life Sciences industry or clinical trial landscape.
• Experience creating revenue streams through digital solutions and events.
• Selling to a subscription audience knowledge.
• Understanding of marketing functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Identify new accounts in Life Sciences to sell Marketing Services products.
• Grow existing relationships within the Citeline Marketing Services Portfolio.
• Apply a consultative approach to identify customer needs and marketing objectives.
• Build bespoke marketing services campaigns with content, research and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with sales teams to grow new revenue streams.
• Manage campaigns with delivery teams and document results for renewals.
• Assist production to ensure campaigns go live and optimize performance.
• Deliver performance reports and benchmark results.
