Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Senior Account Executive in the Workplace Technologies & Services segment to drive sales of Canon hardware and software solutions to a dedicated market in the Charlotte area.

This role supports the Future of Work initiatives with strong product knowledge, and a competitive benefits package including a car allowance and travel incentives. The successful candidate will manage direct outreach, conduct discovery meetings, and collaborate with experts to achieve revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong interest in learning new technology and services in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Proven track record of persuading others to pursue innovative ideas.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time well.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the local market.

Responsibilities

• Master Canon’s core capabilities and promote benefits to drive sales and revenue.
• Learn and utilize Salesforce CRM to manage client accounts.
• Proactively contact assigned accounts via calls, email campaigns, and social media to develop opportunities.
• Conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations with executives to identify needs and challenges.
• Develop strategic plans to address short- and long-term customer requirements and revenue opportunities.
• Leverage technology experts to enrich knowledge and close sales wins.
• Build high-level relationships for long-term account penetration.
