Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS) to drive the sale of Canon’s hardware and software solutions, promoting the Future of Work.

The role requires living within a reasonable commuting distance to Charlotte, NC, and a base salary in a defined range with incentive earnings. You will master product capabilities, manage accounts in Salesforce, and engage prospects through calls, campaigns, and in-person engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong ability to learn new technology and services in a fast-evolving industry.
• Proven track record of persuading others to pursue innovative ideas.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results and achieve individual and team revenue goals.
• Manage client and prospect accounts using Salesforce CRM.
• Lead direct calls, targeted email campaigns, and social outreach to develop opportunities.
• Conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations for stakeholders.
• Develop strategic plans to address short- and long-term customer needs.
• Collaborate with a team of technology experts to win sales and ensure customer success.
• Build high-level relationships within a broad customer base to expand account penetration.
