Job summary

UKG is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space. The role targets HRMS/Payroll solutions and requires a proven New Logo Hunter with 5+ years of success in HCM sales.

Territory ownership and client facing presentations to decision makers are core to the job. Base salary starts at $125,000 annually with significant upside through a performance-based incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years HCM sales experience.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory. Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer’s needs.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts.
