Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions, knowledge of the HCM/SaaS landscape, and the ability to work in a remote or field-based role within the United States.

Formación

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter).
• Develop and maintain knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers within an assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop proposals for customers on HCM and Payroll solutions.
