UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space. The role focuses on selling HRMS/Payroll solutions with a hunter mindset to new logo accounts within an assigned territory.

The base salary is $125,000 annually, with upside through a performance-based incentive plan and potential equity. Located in Annapolis, MD or nearby, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and strategic account development.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas.
Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer’s needs.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years HCM sales experience.
Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry.
Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales process.
