Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in mid-market and enterprise spaces. You will present HCM/Payroll solutions to final decision makers, develop winning proposals, and leverage a seasoned support team to close complex contracts.

The role requires 5+ years of HCM sales success, familiarity with SaaS products, and a hunter mindset. Base salary is $125,000 with incentive opportunities; remote options are not specified.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and exceeded quotas.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM products and services based on their needs.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years HCM sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales process.
