Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space, focusing on HRMS/Payroll solutions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of proven HRMS/Payroll sales and reside near their territory.

You will work with cross-functional teams to present to decision makers, leverage strong compensation plans, and maintain knowledge of the HCM SaaS landscape to close strategic deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
