UKG is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of proven HRMS/Payroll sales experience and will live in or near their territory.

You will be supported by seasoned teams and have access to a large reference base and fast closing capabilities, with a base salary and incentive plan. This is a challenging, high-reward role that rewards performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies.
• Experience as a New Logo Hunter to exceed quotas.

Aufgaben

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory; identify opportunities and develop proposals.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors and analysts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM products and services.
• Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales process.
