UKG is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in mid-market and enterprise segments across the United States. You will leverage HRMS/Payroll expertise to present HCM solutions to C-level and decision-makers, while building a scalable pipeline in your territory.

You should have 5+ years of proven HRMS/Payroll sales success, be highly organized, and skilled at prospecting diverse customers. UKG offers a robust support team and a performance-based compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Experience as a New Logo Hunter and closing complex deals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay organized.
