The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Account Executive in the Waltham, MA area to grow our engineering business. This consultative role combines staffing and managed capacity, working with engineering and operations leaders to determine the best delivery model and engagement scope.

You will engage in new logo acquisition and account expansion, selling contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire engineering talent, while partnering with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes and client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development.
• 3+ years selling engineering staffing, engineering services, or technical workforce solutions.
• Proven record of winning new logos and growing accounts.
• Experience selling SOW, managed services, or project-based engagements.
• Fluency in engineering/operational environments (manufacturing, aerospace/defense, energy/utilities, life sciences, or industrial).
• Ability to translate technical requirements into a business case (pricing, margins, proposals, SOWs).
• Consultative, executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Self-directed hunter with urgency, accountability and a competitive drive.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; engineering/technical degree is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Win new engineering clients by building target accounts and relationships with Engineering Leaders and VPs.
• Lead with discovery to uncover programs, deadlines and capacity gaps behind hiring needs.
• Sell the full spectrum: contract, contract-to-hire, direct-hire staffing and managed capacity.
• Shape and close managed capacity deals with scope, team structures, SLAs and pricing.
• Expand existing accounts into multi-discipline, multi-site partnerships and managed capacity.
• Manage CRM pipeline and forecast to protect margins and meet revenue targets.
• Be in front of clients with 10–15 meetings per week including onsite visits.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure strong talent and project outcomes.
