Job summary

Salesforce is launching Missionforce and seeks a Senior Account Executive to lead the US Army territory. You will move from vendor to strategic partner, delivering Salesforce Customer 360 to modernize Army operations and readiness.

You will spearhead greenfield opportunities, orchestrate a cross-functional team, and drive strategic, high-value deals with impact on defense modernization and logistics, personnel, and finance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in complex enterprise software sales.
• DoD/Army expertise is highly desirable.
• Challenger mindset, relentless and results-driven.
• Ability to motivate and lead an extended team without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture greenfield opportunities within the US Army enterprise.
• Lead a cross-functional matrix team to execute complex, high-value deal cycles.
• Position Salesforce as a strategic partner, solving army challenges in logistics, readiness, and finance.
• Drive expansion revenue by leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem.
