Job summary

Infotech is seeking a Sr. Account Executive, Customer Growth to grow revenue within our BidX customer base by identifying upgrade opportunities and proving the value of features to customers.

You will own a book of existing clients and partner with success and product teams to anticipate needs and drive renewal and expansion. You’ll work remotely across the US, with travel up to 25% to client sites and Gainesville HQ as needed; a strong track record in quota attainment and negotiation is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4+ years in quota-carrying sales.
• 4–6 years in account management, customer success, or expansion sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/revenue targets.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong consultative selling and business-case building skills.
• Comfort pricing and negotiation conversations independently.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of existing BidX customers and drive growth to the next tier.
• Identify upgrade opportunities and build a compelling business case.
