Job summary

Steer is seeking a full-cycle Account Executive to drive revenue expansion within our existing customer base. This role leads a high-volume outbound motion with ownership of pipeline and quota, focusing on upgrades and upsell opportunities.

You will conduct consultative selling to understand shop operations and needs, communicating clearly and overcoming objections while working 100% remotely with flexible PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle sales, ideally in expansion roles.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Remote work and flexible PTO with 15-day minimum.
