Job summary

Infotech is seeking a Sr. Account Executive, Customer Growth to grow revenue within our existing BidX customer base by identifying upgrade opportunities and showing customers the full value of what BidX can do.

You will own a book of existing BidX customers and drive growth to the next tier, collaborating with customer success and product teams to stay ahead of usage trends and technical needs. Remote work within the US is supported.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred) and structured pipeline management.
• Strong consultative selling and business-case-building skills.
• Comfort owning pricing and negotiation conversations independently.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of existing BidX customers and drive growth to the next tier.
• Identify upgrade opportunities and build a business case for value realization.
• Collaborate with customer success and product teams on usage trends and needs.
• Demonstrate what an upgrade unlocks for the customer's operation.
