• Perform patient registration, insurance verification, and demographic updates with a high level of accuracy.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing clear guidance on processes, expectations, and next steps.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and fellow access staff to resolve complex scheduling or registration challenges.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while prioritizing patient care and compliance.
