Job summary

UVA Health in Virginia is seeking an Access Associate to manage complex patient scheduling, record retrieval, and follow-up communications to ensure patients see the right provider with the right records.

You will register patients, collect payments, and support the care team by resolving scheduling conflicts, handling referrals, and maintaining EMR documentation, in a patient-centered, compliant environment.

• Ability to follow procedures and maintain patient privacy.
