Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration, insurance verification, and demographic updates with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling across a variety of specialty and primary care services.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing clear guidance on processes, expectations, and next steps.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve complex scheduling or registration challenges.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while prioritizing patient care and compliance.
