Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of directly relevant experience required.
• Licensure not required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients with high accuracy (registration, insurance verification, demographic updates).
• Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling across specialties.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families about processes, expectations, and next steps.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve scheduling or registration challenges.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while ensuring patient care and compliance.
