Responsibilities

• Schedule multi-specialty and multi-disciplinary patient appointments in defined timeframe accurately and efficiently.
• Register patients, take payments and provide receipts.
• Check in/check out patients and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and via telephone, ensuring patient communications are in the patient’s preferred language.
