Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• Experience: 2 years relevant experience required; cross-training considered in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact for patients, families, and providers to coordinate scheduling across multiple departments.
• Registers patients, collects payments, and issues receipts.
• Verifies demographics and insurance information for each appointment.
• Schedules multi-specialty and multi-disciplinary appointments accurately within required timeframes.
• Maintains patient records in the EMR and communicates with care teams to resolve scheduling conflicts.
