Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules multi-specialty appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Registers patients and handles check-in/check-out processes.
• Maintains patient records and obtains required demographics/insurance info.
• Responds to inquiries, provides patient-focused service and resolves scheduling conflicts.
• Communicates with care team to ensure optimal patient experience.
