Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program across the firm’s real estate portfolio. You will coordinate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure secure, compliant access management.

You will oversee biometric access, secure-space administration, and badge lifecycle, while driving modernization initiatives and aligning with EY’s long-term real estate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in security-related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations and access control.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Experience managing security compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the EY 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation, and process improvements.
• Develop operational reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching and professional development for team members.
