Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Senior ABX Manager to own and scale ABX programs for strategic accounts, driving pipeline and revenue growth. The role blends strategy, creativity, and execution, working closely with Sales to move big deals forward and orchestrate multi-channel engagement across emails, LinkedIn, events, and direct mail.

You will build upon 1:1 and 1:few programs, design cluster strategies, and collaborate with content, design, SDRs, and RevOps to maximize account penetration.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years B2B marketing, ABX focus.
• Proven track record influencing pipeline and revenue with ABX programs.
• Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ABX programs for strategic accounts.
• Design cluster-based programs and scale playbooks.
• Own ABX measurement and dashboards; report on ROI.
