Job summary

Culture Amp, a leading HR tech company based in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to design, run, and optimize global ABM programs that span 1:Few and 1:Many plays across paid, owned, and earned channels.

You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and regional teams to drive high-value pipeline, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion, leveraging Looker, Salesforce, and 6sense to inform strategy and optimization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing with ABM focus.
• Experience scaling ABM in SaaS/B2B tech.
• Global mindset and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global ABM programs across top segments.
• Architect and execute multi-tiered ABM plays (1:Few, 1:Many).
• Own the 6sense platform governance, data, and automation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Regional Marketing, and RevOps for alignment.
• Establish measurement frameworks and optimization loops.
• Create targeted content and messaging for specific accounts.
