Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing, with 4+ years in ABM/demand gen
• Experience in scaled ABM programs with measurable pipeline impact
• Hands-on fluency with modern ABM tech stack: 6sense or Demandbase, Salesforce, Tableau
• Experience applying generative AI to marketing work and driving action with insights
• Strong analytical skills and ability to defend metrics to leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex signals for sellers

Responsibilities

• Own the 1:Many ABM strategy, execution, and performance across regions
• Build and maintain account tiering and coverage models globally
• Develop vertical programs (FSI) and tailored messaging for buying triggers
• Orchestrate multi-channel plays with paid media, email nurture, and events
• Define routing, SLAs, and feedback with Sales to improve play quality
• Own program budget, forecast pipeline, and report revenue influence
• Build the AI Center of Excellence internationally and reusable AI workflows
• Translate account signals into actionable recommendations for field teams
• Create scalable ABM tactics for broader rollout
• Establish quarterly planning and regular signal reviews
