Job summary

Amazon is seeking an ABM Program Manager to own and scale AI, data, and operational solutions for the ABM community. You will bridge marketing and technology, turning ambiguous problems into end-to-end AI-based solutions, from problem definition through design, build, testing and global rollout.

You will partner with marketing, MarTech, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to translate business requirements into technical specs, driving adoption across geos and ensuring measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include 4+ years of marketing experience.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and visualization.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business lead for ABM AI, data, and operational solutions end-to-end—define the vision, strategy, requirements, and success criteria.
• Design and build AI-powered tools and automation flows from problem definition through production.
• Drive delivery and support of complex, cross-functional solutions, including design, AppSec compliance, UAT, documentation, demos, and rollout.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Drive AI enablement and adoption across a globally distributed practitioner community.
• Spot risks and drive appropriate trade-offs in ABM technology domains.
• Define, track, and report program KPIs; use data to identify bottlenecks and inform investments.
• Create processes and mechanisms for AI solution generation and global rollout.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making forums to secure resources and align priorities.
