Rithum is seeking an Account-Based Marketing Manager to develop and execute targeted ABM strategies that drive pipeline, engagement, and revenue growth within priority accounts and segments. You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to lead personalized one-to-one and one-to-few programs while leveraging AI-enabled tools for measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including ABM initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Sales in SaaS/tech environments.
• Experience across geographies, business units, and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ABM strategies aligned to pipeline objectives and demand programs.
• Identify target accounts and buying groups in partnership with Sales leadership.
• Design personalized engagement strategies for accounts and growth objectives.
• Coordinate ABM execution with regional/global teams and messaging.
• Execute multi-channel ABM programs across content, email, advertising, direct mail, events.
