Job summary

BairesDev in Texas is seeking a Growth Marketing ABM specialist to lead account-based campaigns and build automation that signals when to engage buyers. You’ll work daily with US sales teams and shape how data and AI drive new deals.

You will implement multi-channel programs across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail, create enriched account data, and report on pipeline impact. Experience with Clay, n8n/Make/Zapier, and CRM workflows and a proven US B2B focus are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs with direct sales/account teams.
• 2+ years building seller automations (signal/trigger workflows, data enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or US B2B marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run account-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail.
• Map commercial processes with sales and account teams and build automations that detect account signals and alert sellers.
• Build and maintain enriched target-account data in CRM systems.
• Report weekly on outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities created, deals accelerated, accounts expanded, revenue influenced.
• Test and scale new channels beyond core four to move pipeline.
