BairesDev is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing professional to partner with our US-based sales leaders. You will design and run account-based campaigns and build AI-powered automations that guide sellers on when to act, blending data enrichment with multi-channel outreach.

You will work 100% remotely, collaborating with global teams to drive pipeline, expansion, and revenue. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running account-based marketing programs with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signals, enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US buyers.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels.
• Daily hands-on use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations (Claude preferred).
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Plan and run ABM campaigns for target and existing accounts across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.
• Map commercial processes with sales teams and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers.
• Build and maintain data behind programs, including target lists and enriched records in CRMs.
• Report weekly to commercial leaders on meetings booked, opportunities, deals, and revenue influenced.
• Test new channels and plays beyond core channels and scale the ones that move pipeline.
