Job summary

vCluster Labs is seeking a Sr. Demand Generation Manager to architect the account-focused motion that drives pipeline among enterprise platform engineers, AI cloud providers, and infrastructure leaders. You own paid channels, account programs, and the reporting that proves impact.

You will lead targeted campaigns, manage budgets across LinkedIn, search and content syndication, and own livestream/webinar motions while partnering with Sales, PMM and DevRel to deliver measurable pipeline results.

Qualifications

• B2B demand gen ownership in a SaaS or infrastructure company serving technical buyers.
• Fluent with modern demand gen tech stack: marketing automation, CRM, paid and ABM.
• Revenue-focused: can discuss CAC, LTV, payback with leadership.
• Comfort building programs in a greenfield environment with little playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own targeted account campaigns and multi-touch programs to drive pipeline.
• Manage paid social, search, content syndication, and digital programs and budgets.
• Build livestream and webinar motions, owning from wrapper to follow‑through.
• Collaborate with sales to align target accounts and ICP.
• Coordinate with PMM/DevRel to source content and land it in effective channels.
• Own pipeline metrics and reporting for executives.
