Job summary

Chelsea Search Group is seeking a Technical Sales & Business Development Manager – Semiconductor in Bellevue, WA. The role bridges engineering know-how with business development to bring ASIC/FPGA solutions to Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical markets.

The candidate will collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to evaluate customer requirements, draft technical approaches, and develop resource/cost estimates for opportunities, while also improving design methodologies and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design.
• Experience in the Semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communications.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical and business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Close business by providing technical sales support during the sales cycle.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and interpret their requirements.
• Develop technical and cost proposals for opportunities.
• Make technical presentations showing how products meet client needs.
• Meet sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
