Job summary
Chelsea Search Group is seeking a Technical Sales & Business Development Manager – Semiconductor to bridge engineering expertise with business development. The role focuses on ASIC/FPGA, Design Automation, and advanced packaging, engaging Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical customers to translate technical challenges into compelling opportunities.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design.
- 5+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong verbal/written communication.
- Experience with Mil-Aero and/or Industrial customers a plus.
- Strong technical documentation and ability to document requirements.
Responsibilities
- Close business by providing technical sales support across sales stages.
- Develop long-term client relationships by interpreting requirements.
- Develop technical and cost proposals.
- Make technical presentations showing how a product meets client needs.
- Meet sales targets and coordinate projects.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Travel up to 30%.
