Job summary

Chelsea Search Group seeks an experienced Technical Sales & Business Development Manager for the semiconductor industry. You will bridge engineering and sales, engaging Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical customers to translate requirements into compelling technical and business opportunities.

The role requires strong design knowledge in ASIC/FPGA, proven BD success, and ability to develop proposals and lead technical discussions with clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design.
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with Mil-Aero or Industrial customers is a plus.
• Ability to document technical requirements and present them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Close business by providing technical sales support throughout the sales cycle.
• Contribute to ASIC architecture development and customer requirements.
• Develop long-term client relationships and interpret their needs.
• Create technical and cost proposals; present to customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations showing product fit.
• Meet sales targets and manage multiple projects.
• Provide presales technical assistance and product education.
• Travel up to 30% to engage with customers.
