Job summary

Chelsea Search Group seeks a Technical Sales & Business Development Manager – Semiconductor to bridge engineering expertise with growth across Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical markets. You will understand complex technical challenges and translate them into compelling technical and business opportunities.

You will collaborate with engineering, product development, and leadership to evaluate customer requirements, develop proposals, and drive long-term relationships while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• BSEE/MSEE or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design.
• 5+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry.
• Excellent English oral and written communication.
• Experience with Mil-Aero and Industrial customers is a plus.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Close business by providing technical sales support during various stages of the sales cycle.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients by interpreting their requirements.
• Develop technical and cost proposals and present to clients.
• Meet regular sales targets and coordinate projects with engineering teams.
• Attend trade shows and marketing events to support opportunities.
• Travel up to 30% to engage with customers.
