Job summary

Hb-Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead client-specific construction initiatives from preconstruction through closeout in a live semiconductor manufacturing setting. You will coordinate scope, budgets, schedules, and stakeholders, ensuring strict safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes planning, coordination, and execution with field teams and trade partners, managing risk, procurement, and contract administration to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects within semiconductor, manufacturing, or other highly regulated facilities is preferred.
• Strong background in preconstruction and estimating processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects in active or occupied environments.
• Proficiency with scheduling, budgeting, and project management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Intel or similar owner-specific standards is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts, including scope definition, budgeting, estimating coordination, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules in collaboration with field teams and trade partners.
• Serve as primary point of contact with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with site requirements, permitting, and access protocols.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
• Drive cost control, forecasting, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with superintendents to ensure safe and efficient field execution in a live facility.
• Maintain strict adherence to standards related to safety, quality, and documentation.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies, especially in high-sensitivity manufacturing environments.
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
