Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects within schedule and budget. You will coordinate team members and third‑party contractors to deliver projects, define objectives, and oversee quality throughout the lifecycle.

The role involves creating schedules, managing procurements, reporting progress, and ensuring adherence to customer goals and company policies, while collaborating with the Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering discipline.
• 2 years work experience in application engineering or technical support preferred.
• Experience working with independent manufacturer’s representatives or vendors preferred.
• Exposure to sales, sales management and/or project management preferred.
• Wastewater or industrial experience a plus.
• Project management experience or certification a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written English required; German or Spanish ability a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Project schedules and forecasts.
• Process project orders from order intake to warranty start.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Procurement Specialist for procurement/purchase orders.
• Maintain project status reports and change orders.
• Manage project budget and present performance metrics.
• Define project scope, milestones and deliverables aligned with customer goals.
