Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, high-value electrical construction initiatives, delivering on schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. This role partners with Branch Managers, Project Executives, and field leadership to drive strategy, margin performance, and account retention.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction or related project environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects from initiation through closeout.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships and procurement strategies.
• OSHA 30, PMP preferred; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects ensuring alignment with contract requirements, schedules, and financial objectives.
• Own and manage project P&L including budgeting, forecasting, margin optimization, and financial risk management.
• Develop and implement project and program-level execution strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as the primary executive-level contact for clients and key stakeholders; build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers; coordinate cross-functional teams across field operations, engineering, BIM, and service.
• Oversee procurement strategy for major equipment, subcontractors, and long-lead items.
